Classes will be filled with applicants following Article 9- Registration in Mt View's Operating Procedures which can also be found on the school's website with priority given to:
(1) Current Mt. View Coop members in good standing
(2) Mt. View Coop Alumni
(3) Mission Woods church members & wait list
(4) New members.
Current members in good standing have top priority when the registration form and fee are received on or before the cut off date. 'In good standing' means all past month's tuition payments have been received, March tuition is paid in full, Bates fees have been paid in full, members have fulfilled parent education credits, assisted with fundraising & satisfied their committee jobs commitments. Members who have a balance on their account will not be allowed to register until the balance is paid in full.
Please note that a secondary registration packet (for Bates registration, immunizations, etc.) will be emailed to you upon acceptance to our school.
All communication with the Membership Chair should be through email: mtviewcoopmembership@gmail.com. Membership email is checked daily at this time. Due to the high volume of calls interrupting our classroom during this time, phone calls cannot be taken.
Preschool Classes Offered:
2 Year Old Preschool Class
The 2's class meets Tuesday & Thursday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Children must be 2 years old by August 31st to enroll.
- 2's class tuition: $765.00 per year, or $85.00 per month for nine months for the 2024-2025 school year
- In addition to tuition, all families will be required to pay an annual program fee (one fee per family) to Bates Technical College. Fees are subject to change. The fees for this school year are: $125.38, or 2 payments of $62.69
- There is a $50.00 annual fee for school supplies.
- Snacks are provided each school day as part of tuition.
3-Year Old Preschool Class
The 3's class meets three days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Children must be 3 years old by August 31st to enroll.
- 3's class tuition: $1,170.00 per year, or $130.00 per month for nine months for the 2025-2026 school year
- In addition to tuition, all families will be required to pay an annual program fee (one fee per family) to Bates Technical College. The fees for this school year are: $125.38, or 2 payments of $62.69
- There is a $50.00 annual fee for school supplies.
- Snacks are provided each school day as part of tuition.
Pre-K Preschool Class (4's/5's Class)
The Pre-K class meets four days per week on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm. Children must be 4 years old on or before August 31st.
- Pre-K's class tuition: $1530.00 per year, or $170.00 per month for nine months for the 2025-2026 school year
- In addition to tuition, all families will be required to pay an annual program fee (one fee per family) to Bates Technical College. Fees are subject to change. The fees for this school year were: The fees for this school year are: $182.38, or 2 payments of $91.19
- There is a $50.00 annual fee for school supplies.
- Snacks are provided each school day as part of tuition.
A non-refundable $75 registration fee is due with enrollment forms.
*There is a second child discount of 20% off of the lowest child's tuition amount for more than one child enrolled in the school.
